Steak Parmesan Guest post by;  ReginasKitchen at Cooking-With Mama.com 6 cube steaks 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided 1 cup mashed potato flakes 3 eggs 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 teas salt 1/2 teas pepper 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce   Pound meat with a meat mallet. Combine the potato flakes with 1/4 cup of the Parmesan. Beat the eggs with the garlic, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip steak in egg mixture and then into the potato mixture. In a large skillet, cook the steaks on both sides until the are nice and browned. Place steaks in a large baking dish and bake in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
